  13. Low-bar #squat (positioned on the rear deltoids) #endurance training: 15 x 3 reps, 40 sec. rest between sets, with 135KG = 80% of 1RM. Low-bar #squats are my weakness. Targeting weak links builds #strength, helps me achieve structural #balance. Learning to appreciate the more challenging #variations is a sign of lifting maturity. #CrossFit @ #AthletesElements
